South of Korea is called republic of Korea at Asia, established at 1948 is a sovereign state in the southern part of the Korean Peninsula. It closed the China, North Korea and Japan. South Korea is one of the most ethnically homogenous societies in the world, with more than 99% of inhabitants having Korean ethnicity.  Additionally, Korean cuisine has evolved through centuries of social and political change. Ingredients and dishes are most of people likes. People would like to use ingredients on the food, and the dishes are bowl and chopsticks. They cuisine is largely based on rice, noodles, tofu, vegetables, fish and meats. One of famous food is pickles which is traditional meal for family party or important festivals. However, national cloth is Hanbok are really similar with North Korea, China. Generally only they wear to be special significance by the festive. Women’s transitional clothes are jacket and long skirt. Men’s clothes are pants, jacket, vest are showing the unique style.
Japan (State of Japan) is an island nation in East Asia .Located in the west Pacific Ocean. There is an archipelago of 6,852 islands and four largest islands named: Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku. This is four largest together comprising about 97% of Japans land area. Japanese Culture has evolved greatly from its origins. Traditional Japanese arts include crafts such as ceramics, textiles, lacquerware, swords and dolls. A characteristic of traditionalJapanese food is the sparing use of meat, oils and fats and dirty products.Useof soy sauce, miso, and umeboshi makes them high in salt content ,though thereare low-sodium versions of these available nowadays

Singapore is one of republic of county which is an island at Asia, it made up of 63 islands, and it is separated from Malaysia to its north and from Indonesia’s Riau islands to its south. “It established on 9 August 1965 with YuSof bin lshak as president and Lee Kuan Yew as prime minister”. The capital is Singapore city most of people living. “The population of Singapore is 5.18 million people”. The resident population does not take into account the 11 million transient visitors who visit Singapore annually. Dining, along with shopping, is said to be the country's national pastime. Singapore is very diverse and young country. It has many different languages, cultures and religions. One of official law is people cannot freely throw away rubbish. My friend got a ticket when he visited that country, which is very clear environment. The diversity of food is touted as a reason to visit the country, and the variety of food representing different ethnicities is seen by the government as a symbol of its multiculturalism. The "national fruit" of Singapore is the durian.
In finally, those three countries are my most interesting when I read information about three counties from online. Particularly their demographics, cuisines, and the cultures are most focused.
