Interviews can be nerve-wracking for anyone, but as an international student there is the extra challenging and benefiting.  As we know international student have to face different problems when we are going to interview for different people.  However, student need to complete what is process of interview and good ways to communicating with interview.  These are just basic element problems when international student are going to preparing a good interview.  Interview is not only challenge for students, but also they could receive many benefits from interview.

            Preparing right questions for interview is very important before international student are going to interview.  Some good ways are that student learned from Websites about research information about interview and choosing right questions for interviewer let interviewee understandable questions.  Furthermore some questions could not connect personal its very bad behavior for interviewee.  Also, some important reports student have to write from interviewee, it could not be long just a little of information about one question.  Some questions we will not use on the interview, we could not follow right order when student using the question list, because we don’t what is right next information about interviewee are going to say.  Sometime we have to change the questions in order to communicate with interviewee.  On the another hand, we have to communicate with interviewee about the topic, sharing different opinions let interviewee more focusing interviewing , but we have to follow the interviewee can’t make strong argument. Most of information is from interviewee we are listener should which are important for ours.

            Another aspect is benefits for international students who received much knowledge about the different countries.  Student has to use formal language to communicate with interviewee, it cold improving student’s language ability and how to organizing a good interview.  Additional, student learns more of information about different cultures, which could be good experience when student makes new friends. Also, it could be good ways to close friends are going to take about some article. Some information we received using on the furfure. Such as people plan to go to different country they have to compare different country, one of country we had received a lot of interfering things from interview, it could be first choosing. Maybe some famous festive people are going to respect and participating.

            Finally, challenges and benefits of interviewing an international student are good for student improving ability.  Preparing questions and choosing different questions are very essential for who are going to interview.  Also, students try to make a good process of interview is necessary.  Don’t make argument with different opinions with interviewee is another key for interview. Student has an acting ability according to circumstances on the interviewing.
